Whenever you want to recognize a family member or friend by sending a card, why not purchase an Or Ha Lev Tribute card? You will be sending a personal note as well as helping Or Ha Lev.

The Tribute card has a colorful Jewish star logo on the front.  Inside it will state to whom the card is given, as well as your name as sender, the occasion for the card (Mazel Tov, Get Well, Condolences, Happy Birthday, etc.), and a short message from you.

The Tribute donation card will not state the dollar amount of your donation – that will be confidential. The minimum donation for a single Tribute card to be mailed is $5.00, but larger donations are welcomed.

Purchasing three Tribute cards for $12.00 is the best value.  The cards can be sent to you for future use from home.

Blank personal note cards with the same logo are also available. The note cards are for sale in packs of 4 for $12. The proceeds from the note cards will be used by Or Ha Lev to meet community expenses.

• Your Tribute Fund card(s) donations are tax-deductible, but purchases of the blank personal note cards are not.
